Learn together, grow together

I was rushing to catch my train when I saw a woman holding a toddler in her arms, begging for money. Most people simply passed by without a second glance, but then a man stopped. He reached into his bag, took out an apple, and handed it to her.

Though an apple may seem insignificant, that simple act reminded me that there is still love and kindness in the world. It was a small gesture, but it showed me that we all have the power to make the world a better place in whatever way we can.
